Monthly rent includes three daily chef-prepared meals, utilities (except phone), extended basic cable, weekly housekeeping and linen service, group activities, outings, and scheduled transportation. Each apartment has an emergency call system and a resident manager is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
