Northeast Arc Clinical Services works as the Personal Care Management program which allows the participant to recruit, hire, schedule and discharge his/her own worker who assists with personal care. MassHealth permits the use of a surrogate who helps with any aspect of the service that the participant is not able to manage independently. Northeast Arc submits the time sheets from the Personal Care Management to MassHealth for payment.

Northeast Arc also provides in-home health nursing care services in the two primary programs. Continuous Care Nursing (CSN), also known as Private Duty Nursing, and Skilled Intermittent Care.
