Newburyport Housing Authority
The Newburyport Housing Authority provides state and federal affordable housing programs for elders, people with disabilities, and low-income families. They manage the following two elder housing sites: Horton Terrace (50 units) and the Marshall Sullivan Building (100 units).
Horton Terrace has 50 federally subsidized one-bedroom units with two handicap accessible units. The Marshall Sullivan Building has 100 one-bedroom state subsidized units with 4 handicap accessible apartments and offers supportive services to eligible residents. These supportive services are managed by AgeSpan.
