This Department assists with applications for veterans’ benefits and provides financial and medical assistance to eligible veterans and their dependents. It is also responsible for dispensing other state-sponsored benefits and assisting veterans and their dependents or survivors in obtaining federal benefits. It acts as the burial agent for the City, arranging for the proper interment of deceased veterans in accordance with state regulations. Located at the Lowell Senior Center.
