This is a continuing care retirement community that offers independent living, assisted living through its Resident Services Program, and a 60-bed skilled nursing facility (The Meadows). The Meadows also provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia through its Garden View Program. The Edgewood campus offers medical care and rehabilitation services at the Rokous Clinic.
