The staff delivers integrated, cost-efficient primary care. Services provided and/or arranged through the clinic include diabetes education, primary care, mental health, optometry, neurology, podiatry, blood drawing, physical therapy, radiology, nurtrition counseling, women’s health and pharmacy. Veterans have one primary care doctor to coordinate their care but are still eligible for specialty outpatient and inpatient care and all other entitlements through the VA Boston Healthcare System. There is a shuttle service available between the clinic and the Jamaica Plain campus.
