Lowell Association for the Blind
Lowell Association for the Blind (LAB) offers a variety of programs and services for youth and adults. It has an Adult Program that meets twice a week at the center or out in the community. Participants enjoy social, recreational and educational activities. The LAB/TIC Radio Reading Service (TIC=Talking Information Center) provides the reading of daily local newspapers and other publications by volunteers. Training programs for adaptive equipment, computers, the internet and software programs are available on site.
