This is a 55-bed, family owned, skilled nursing facility that offers short term stay, long term, and respite care. Services provided include rehabilitation services, IV therapy, wound care, hospice and mental health services. In-house services include podiatry care, optometry, dental care and audiology. Activities are available 7 days/week.

Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease are accepted but there is no specialized unit. The facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified. There is a Wanderguard alarm system.
