This is a skilled nursing facility with a specialized secure Dementia unit. It offers short-term rehabilitation, therapeutic nutrition, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy and hospice care. Therapeutic nutrition and recreational activities are available. Both private and semi-private rooms available.

It is a Catholic facility that is part of Covenant Health Systems. An assisted living facility, Marguerite’s House, is also on-site.
