This is a Medicare/Medicaid certified and JCAHO accredited facility which specializes in short term rehabilitation and long term skilled nursing care. Services offered include: pulmonary rehab, heart failure services for CHF, cardiac recovery, amputee rehab, stroke rehab, wound care management, physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as hospice and respite care. It also has a separate Dementia unit for residents requiring specialized care.
