Intended audience: Long-Term Care food service directors, administrators, residents
Topic: During this in-person presentation, attendees will learn about the importance of nutrition, incorporating fresh foods, how special diets can be more visually appealing for residents in long-term care settings. We will also discuss how facilities can utilize local farm shares in planning resident meals.
Space is limited to 100 attendees.
