Programs that provide financial assistance to purchase necessary prescription drugs for people who would be in an emergency situation without assistance. Also included are programs that reimburse individuals for their prescription expenses, usually on an annual basis. Prescription expense assistance programs may have age, income, disability, need or other eligibility requirements.
This is a national clearinghouse of public and private programs that help individuals in need obtain access to free or discounted prescription medications. An individual completes an online application and PPA will match him/her with assistance programs for which they may be eligible.

Rx Outreach is a fully licensed non-profit mail-order pharmacy that provides over 600 affordable medications, generic and brand name, to people in need. It offers prescription medications to uninsured and underinsured individuals and famiilies. Prescription drugs are mailed directly to the applicant’s address. Enrollment is valid for 1 year; can re-enroll for the next year.
