The status of Accredited – three years demonstrates a strong performance related to the functions outlined in national standards for Case Management accreditation.
NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. They accredit and certify a wide range of health care organizations and recognize clinicians and practices in key areas of performance. Earning NCQA’s Case Management Accreditation is an indicator that a Case Management program is dedicated to care coordination, patient-centeredness and improving quality of care: getting the right care to patients.
