AgeSpan Launches New Community Resource Guide
AgeSpan is excited to announce the launch of our new Community Resource Guide.
This easy to use online directory connects older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers, veterans, and professionals to programs and services across the 28 Merrimack Valley and North Shore communities we serve. The guide can be searched by city or town and translated into multiple languages.
Designed to help individuals remain independent at home and in the community, it includes resources for food, housing, health insurance, legal services, long term care, mental health support, volunteer opportunities, and more.
