This day program for people with memory impairment offers skilled nursing care, social work services, failure free activities, assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, rehabilitation services, support group, breakfast and lunch. The staff is specially trained in caring for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and there is a 1:4 staff-to-patient ratio.

This group meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 2pm-3:30pm. It offers information and education about Alzheimer’s Disease and related memory disorders, increased understanding through shared experiences, and mutual support from other caregivers. Free respite care is available upon request. Light refreshments are provided.
