Sarah’s Place is a non-profit adult day health program for elders and adults with disabilities. It provides a nurturing environment that allows participants to obtain the daily support they require while remaining in their own homes. It offers medical, therapeutic and social services including medical monitoring, medication administration and pre-fills, education and support for families, day trips, respite care, music, exercise and daily therapeutic activities, counseling, a light breakfast, hot lunch and snacks, transportation and access to therapy services.
