This is a 160-bed skilled nursing facility that offers a wide array of services including long term care and short term rehabilitation. It provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, IV therapy, Dysphasia therapy, music therapy, pet therapy, wound management and hospice care. It has a specialized memory care program for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia.
