Office Of Patient Protection Health Policy Commission
The Office of Patient Protection (OPP) is in charge of certain health insurance consumer protections under Massachusetts law. The OPP provides the following assistance to consumers: health insurance consumer appeals, issues enrollment waivers and general information for consumers about health insurance. OPP also collects and posts certain information reported by health insurance companies who offer insurance plans in Massachusetts.
