This is the state agency that offers a variety of social and long term supports to adults 60 years and older and adults 18-59 years with a chronic illness or disability. Some of the services offered include home care, meals on wheels, transportation assistance, long term care-nursing home and community based care, volunteer opportunities, and investigation of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation.
