National Multiple Sclerosis Society Greater New England

This Chapter offers education, support and advocacy for people with MS and their families in MA, NH, ME and VT. Its Information and Resource Center provides information on all aspects of living with MS including current research, treatment options, symptom management and community resources. Its Home LINKS program offers short-term care management to assure access to and provide coordination of resources. This chapter also offers limited financial assistance in areas such as transportation to medical appointments, short-term counseling, auto and home modifications, homemaker and chore services, medical equipment, home and respite care, emergency needs, allied health assessments and air conditioners. Its Scholarship Fund provides funding to support qualified students. The students must have MS or have a parent with MS.
