My Mass Home
Created as a partnership between MassHousing, MHP, the MassAbility (formerly Massachusetts Rehab Commission), and the Citizens’ Housing & Panning Association (CHAPA), this website was designed to assist potential homeowners in the homebuying process. This website has education/counseling for homeowners or potential homeowners, property down payment assistance, as well as loan options to assist with the mortgage payments for low and moderate income households.
Has a “Find Your Home” search feature allowing users to search for available, affordable housing on the market for purchase. The search feature permits searching by region, zip code, pricing, bedrooms, any age restrictions, and accessibility of properties.
