Home Away From Home Adult Day Health Center
This is an Adult Day Health Care program designed to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the participants. Services include round trip transportation; breakfast, lunch, snacks; skilled nursing care, physical and occupational therapy; social work services; and recreational activities. The facility has a TV lounge, pool table, gym, library, and computer lab.
