Putnam Farm offers assisted living with a full range of services in a socially active residential community. It has several types of service packages to meet residents’ changing needs over time. Respite care is offered on a short term for caregiver relief or temporary stays to test the residential style. Three meals are offered a day; meal flexibility and modifications as needed by the resident.
This location has a specialized memory care program for those with memory impairment. The Mind & Memory Care offers 24/7 care by caregivers educated in memory loss, empathy and our award-winning Connect First communication program.
