This adult day health program is staffed by licensed nurses, personal care aides, an activity director and program director. Their services include nursing care, medication management, and coordination of care in the community. Staff is trained to assist with varying personal care needs and provide personalized physical exercise programs to members. The facility’s kitchen is dedicated to preparing nutritious vegetarian meals. All meal plans prepared & reviewed quarterly from our Licensed Registered Dietitian.

Activelife Adult Daycare Inc. provides dedicated Adult Day Care Transport Services through their fleet to and from the center.
