This Adult Day Health and Home Care center accepts Khmer and Laotian speaking adults from Lowell, Chelmsford, and Dracut. They offer a variety of services to members including medication management, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, door-to-door Transportation, assistance with personal care, music programs, daily educational seminars, discussions on current events, reminiscing activities, seasonal outdoor activities and field trips. They also offer nutritious meals and snacks while following dietary restrictions.
