This agency offers the Weatherization Program for towns in the Greater Haverhill and Greater Newburyport area. Work will be performed by qualified contractors. Measures may include adding insulation, repairing windows, weather-stripping and more based on availability of funding.
This agency builds decent affordable homes for low-income families in need of housing. The homes are built in partnership with prospective Habitat homeowners and volunteers. Habitat sells the homes to approved Habitat homeowners at no profit and provides a 20, 25, or 30 year mortgage.
