    This is a community-based agency for people who are deaf, deafblind, hard of hearing, or late-deafened. It offers a range of services including: advocacy, skills training, information and referral, peer counseling, Title VII, Part B Program to assist with the purchase of assitive technology, communication equipment and ASL classes.
