The Community Resource Guide is an easy-to-use directory of programs and services for older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers, veterans, and professionals in the 28 Merrimack Valley and North Shore communities served by AgeSpan. It can be searched by city or town and translated into multiple languages.
The guide helps individuals remain independent at home and in the community, with resources covering basic needs, health insurance, food, housing, legal services, long-term care, mental health, and volunteer opportunities.
