Fidelity House CRC, formerly Career Resources Corporation, is an Adult Foster Care provider that supports individuals on MassHealth who require assistance in the home with activities of daily living (personal care). The program allows individuals to live in a family setting rather than a group residence or nursing facility. Caregivers may or may not be related to AFC recipients. Caregivers cannot be the guardian and/or spouse of the recipient. Fidelity House CRC will offer training and respite care to support caregivers. It will provide periodic visits by a Case Manager and Nurse to monitor medical conditions and evaluate the caregiver services.
