H.O.M.E. is a HUD approved housing counseling agency. Its services include reverse mortgage counseling, financial management/budget counseling, mortgage delinquency and default resolution counseling, and predatory lending education workshops. This agency only counsels those who meet the federal government’s definition of low income. H.O.M.E. also offers other types of loans to low income senior citizens.
