LensCrafters OneSight
This program offers a free eye exam and pair of glasses to eligible individuals. A case manager screens the elder for eligibility and calls the local LensCrafters store. A letter documenting the elder’s information will be needed. This program also requires a tax exempt # from the identifying charity.
