Medical Affairs Bureau Registry of Motor Vehicles
Medical Affairs Branch is a division of the Driver Licensing Department. It is responsible for the issuance of disabled plates and placards and sets policies and procedures regarding the minimum physical qualifications to operate motor vehicles.
