This is an adult day health program for those with the diagnosis of dementia or related memory impairment. It has a multi-disciplinary staff with an RN available at all times and maintains a 4:1 client to staff ratio in a secured alarmed environment. It provides nutritious meals, socialization, cognitive skills groups and personal care. Showers can be provided by certified nursing assistants. Nursing staff coordinates care with client’s doctor and monitors medications. Transportation, physical therapy and ocupational therapy can also be arranged. Part of The MENTOR Network.
