Care Dimensions, formerly Hospice of the North Shore, is a hospice and palliative care agency for individuals and families dealing with life-threatening illnesses. They offer specialized clinical programs for patients with advanced dementia, cardiac and respiratory diseases. In addition, they provide pediatric hospice and has programs designed for veteran needs or adults with disabilities. Care Dimensions also provides outreach and education to the community to help better understand issues around advanced illnesses as well as end-of-life decisions.
The Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, MA is a 20-bed facility. There is another 18-bed Care Dimensions Hospice House facility in Lincoln, MA.
