LGBTQ seniors and their caregivers monthly groups
In the post-pandemic era, senior centers are playing a key role in helping LGBTQ+ older adults overcome loneliness and social isolation.
Many have social clubs and other programming available. Here are a few listed below or contact your local Council on Aging and see what’s available.

Groups meet to address the unique needs and experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning+ seniors as they age. Open to LGBTQ+ seniors and their caregivers. The groups host a free monthly buffet-style dinner to encourage social interaction and group discussions, facilitated by a peer in an atmosphere of trust.
